Talent / HR Consultant with more than 20 years of international experience helping Global Organisations and SMEs in sectors such as internet, entertainment, logistics, banking, consumer goods, renewables, marketing and others to achieve their growth and transformation objectives.
In my most recent corporate life, and based in London, I was Vice President Human Resources for Warner Bros, managing and advising teams and executives across Europe and the US.
I create and deliver practical solutions, sharing with my clients a wide range of perspectives and tools concerning HR strategy, Leadership Development, Talent Planning, Organisation Design, M&A and outsourcing.
